
ABOUT NATIONAL FOREST TAEKWON-DO
Taekwon-do is an ancient form of unarmed combat practised for centuries in Korea, developed from various styles including Taekyon, Karate and Kwon-bop. Introduced into the U.K in 1967,
its one of the fastest growing Olympic sports in the U.K
We have all sorts of members and are very family friendly. All shapes and nationalities from 4 years to currently 74, from all walks of life, and all grades from white belts through to black belt. Taekwon-do is a fun fast exciting sport, so whether you're looking to loose a few pounds, take up a new sport, learn some basic self defence moves or generally gain a level of fitness, why not give it a go.
